OPPORTUNITY SCHOOLS PROGRAM
Lincoln Child Center offers mental health counseling at public schools for children in grades K- 5 who demonstrate disruptive or other behaviors that put them at high risk for dismissal from class or suspension from school. Children receive a wide array of services, including, but not limited to, individual, group and family counseling, in-class behavioral support, assistance in obtaining community-based services and crisis intervention. Services are provided at the school site and during school hours, although family meetings may take place at Lincoln’s offices or in the family’s home at a time agreed upon by the staff and family. We also provide outpatient services to our OSP clients throughout the summer.
